3. Ordered Federal reserve Board to make borrowing easier

4. Set aside $800 million for public works

5. Passed the Home Loan Bank Act so people could pay for mortgages

6. Est. Reconstruction Finance Corporation to give loans to banks, RR’s, Industry (guess who it benefits!?!)

7. LOVED the trickle down theory!
