Diagnose with Error codes

Page 19: NE-F900 Series training Slide in Range 1. 2 Warranty & Specifications Features & Precautions Fast Track & Ordering Parts Diagnostic Mode Disassembly

Always look for a “Version Number” on all products, if you are looking up parts.Always get the Serial Number on all prod-

ucts. There are “Running Changes” that have

“Bulletins” referring to part number changes at a production Serial Number. ”

Diagnostic Mode

There is a error code and two kinds of error codes. Possible error codes during use can be checked before service.

1. Touch ‘Clock’ key.

2. Touch a number ‘1,2,3,4’ keys.

3. Touch ‘Oven Start / Set’ key.

4. Touch ‘ Favorite Cook’ and ‘Wake-up’ keys at the same time for 3 seconds. Error codes are displayed.

5. Touch number ‘0’ key, the last 5 error codes can be checked. But, if the oven turns off, the stored error codes are deleted.

6. Touch ‘Oven Off’ key to return to normal display mode.

• Measure resistance of the heater after removing the wiring harness from heater.• Measure voltage at heater’s terminal after pressing the bake function key-pad.(Make sure that voltage is measured for more than 1 minute because the heater cycles on-off when working. Measuring a voltage merely verifies that the main PCB is working, not the heater.)
