Substitution PolicyIf you are unable to attend the Conference, then you may transfer your registration to another person. Please note there is no sharing of registrations. N4C must be notified in writing by the original registrant or authorized representative of the organization paying for the registration. The substitute registrant must be qualified to receive your registration rate or the difference between the two fees will be charged.

Cancellation PolicyCancellation notices must be submitted to N4C via e-mail to tonyap@campuschildren.org or via fax to (615) 614-3723. Cancellations received on or prior to December 30, 2019 will receive a refund minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations after that date are not eligible for refunds or credit toward any future N4C events.

Hotel InformationAll reservations must be made prior to March 2, 2020 and are available on a first come, first serve basis. There are a limited number of sleeping rooms available so make your reservation today by calling (509) 455-8888 and asking for the National Coalition for Campus Children’s Centers rate. Rooms are being held at the Historic Davenport Hotel at a rate of $169 plus taxes and a $10 Destination Amenity Fee.
