Whether you are a seasoned manager, new manager or soon-to-be manager, Branch Management University is for you. This three-level program is dedicated to building a strong foundation in the four key skill areas needed for a branch to be successful.

Not just for branch managers—If you manage a team in the electrical distribution industry, there are courses available to increase your knowledge and abilities. Additional positions that will benefit from these courses include operations, sales and warehouse managers.

To become a Branch Management University graduate, you will complete 150 total credit hours, with 70 hours coming from elective courses. With the guidance of NAED experts, you can craft the curriculum to your individual needs by choosing from more than 900 hours available in 174 courses.

NAED’s expanding library includes three, position-based role play courses: Business Ethics, Sexual Harassment and Using the Income Statement. Elective hours can also be earned at approved education sessions at NAED conferences.

You Serve the Front Line

Be Equipped with the Right ToolsAs a manager in your branch, you are on the front lines for your company. You keep the business profitable, your employees productive and its customers happy.

Your contributions play a key role in driving the success of the entire organization, and it’s important you have the tools you need to be successful. Created by industry managers, these curricula are designed to provide growth as students progress through each level of the program.

Students can begin applying principles as soon as they complete each course, allowing them to begin making leadership, profitability and efficiency gains incrementally rather than at the end of the program.
