I want to thank each and everyone of you who attended our first meeting of the 2013-2014 season. For those of you who were unable to attend the meeting you were surely missed. I want to personally thank all of the support that we get from our new staff, board of directors, contributing members and all of the people that make this great organization what it is today. I'm very excited to represent the NASF-OC as your President for the first time. I believe that together we can bring the youth and continuing generations into the surface finishing industries for years to come. This point was demonstrated by our September speaker Mr. Tony Rivera, his topic was based on the state of the NASF as a whole. It is encouraging that National is focusing its attention to the younger generations, encouraging and educating them about the vast surface finishing industry. We are looking forward to this years slate of speakers and the topics that are going to be discussed.Thank you for the opportunity to serve as your 2013-2014 President! See you at the next meeting.
