Designed as a lantern which would be lit in the night, whereas in day time it would look like a bog cylinder with circular puncture in it.

Self compacting concrete used for shear walls of core area because of heavy reinforced design. Also used Light Weight concrete as filler concrete in all buildings which is having density of 400 kg/m3.

summer as it would have increased project cost/duration )

Implemented Integrated Management system (IMS) certification includes ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001. At every stage of work they strictly follows Quality & Safety parameters. Material testing was carried out in lab for reinforcement steel, concrete , admixture, cement, fly ash, Aggregates, etc.
