Grapefruit pairs well with a number of herbs. Try planting mint, parsley or chives in your grapefruit cups. Just add

vegetable garden soil, the seeds and water!

INSTRUCTIONS1. Use a plastic knife to carefully cut through

the skin of a grapefruit in a circle around the middle.

2. Insert a spoon (scoop side down) between the skin and the fruit and carefully separate the skin all the way around the grapefruit.

3. Keep working the spoon towards the center until you can easily remove the skin as one whole piece. Repeat for the other side.

4. Voilà! You now have two cups to grow herbs in. Poke a small hole in the bottom of each peel then fi ll with soil, add a few seeds and some water.
