Insert a spoon (scoop side down) between the skin and the fruit and carefully separate the skin all the way around the grapefruit. 3. Keep working the spoon towards the center until you can easily remove the skin as one whole piece. Repeat for the other side. 4. Voilà! You now have two cups to grow herbs in.
