14TH BIENNIAL

For more than twenty years, with respect and appreciation this biennial program has been informally known as Chip’s Course by the region’s bankruptcy practitioners. Chip developed this conference and served as its leader and greatest supporter since its inception in 1990. We miss Chip and in his honor continue Chip’s Course in support of the bankruptcy bar that he loved. 1959 - 2017
