I am delighted to welcome you to the launch of "myMODELdirect Magazine" an e-magazine published by myMODELdirect Publications, a division of myMODELdirect Media Group. I wish to extend my gratitude to the Associate Editors and Contributing Writers as well as the members of the Editorial Board as they are the backbone of this creative endeavor. We could not envision starting this e-magazine without the support and professionalism of artists interested in creating a public global canvas for artists and wishing to make this creative project a success.

I would like to emphasize the compelling reasons for launching a new open-access talent global forum, as well as our aspirations and vision for the future. I believe that it is important to have a talent global forum which gives free access to its contents and promotes inspiring stories and passionate output of artists of all spectrum's who have limited access to main stream public forums. We aim to bridge the gap so that authors get a wider audience for their discovery of talent on a global scope. This is particularly true for artists of all spectrum's whose first language is not English. Thus we will work in partnership with such authors to ensure that their coverage of stories is made available to the wider global community.

I believe we will be publishing a significant number of new and upcoming talent articles and many talent reviews from authors around the world. Because we want to cover various topics, we therefore welcome good writers and/or reporters from across the world that may embody similar values; and are willing to uphold our mission and our vision on being YOUR Stage, YOUR News, YOUR World.

The e-magazine invites submissions in the areas of Modeling(in all forms), Travel, Make-Up, Photography, Entertainment, Lifestyle, and Industry Research. a broad-based theme that should appeal to the largest possible audience interested in this subject. I look forward to a successful first year for myMODELdirect Magazine and welcome any comments or suggestions you may have that would improve the e-magazine.

Paris Lopez, A young multi-talented artist looks to express herself in a worldwide canvas through modeling,acting, and dancing

Born in Los Angeles, CA. An artist since the age of three, Paris is multi talented in the area of dance, acting, and modeling. She is currently attending LA Trade Tech and majoring in fashion design.

When she is not pursuing her passion for the arts, she iss pursuing her passion to helps animals in need.

Her career began at the age of 3 through dance. She is trained in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip-Hop, and Lyrical. She began modeling at the age of 15. Recently she has also pursued a career in acting.

Paris tell us why did you pursue a career in modeling, dance, acting?

"No matter how strict modeling can be I love the art of it. I myself am an artist. As a child and even now I've struggled with depression and Anxiety, amongst other things. I learned to express myself through dance and as I got older I found other outlets. Not only do I think modeling, acting and dancing are my outlet but Fashion design, and styling too. It's therapy to me and I enjoy it." ..Continued on next page

What inspired you as an artist? "Anything and everything. Music, fashion, movies. I think starting off as a dancer really is what got me started tho."

What are some of your short-term goals with your career? " I'm in the process of trying to find the right Agency to represent me."

What are some of your long-term goals with your talent? "I would love to be able to make a living off of my talent. As of right now I'm living in Rowland Heights but I'm planning on moving to Los Angeles so it'll be easier for me to work everyday."

Has your talent impacted your life? "I love it. It's what I look forward to doing. I think it's made me a better person. I've gone through many struggles in my life that have dug me into holes but my talent has always inspired me to climb my way out. "

Do you think your talent has inspired others? If so, how? "Yeah I think so. I'm always getting messages from girls on Facebook asking how to become a model, or advice on modeling and in life in general. They also tell me that they look at me for Fashion inspiration. It's a really nice touch to what I do."

When it comes to experieces, Paris tells us " I've had many. I've had good and bad. There's always going to be the creeps and the divas. Or the photographers that are too cocky for their own good. Lol. I just take all of it as lessons on how to conduct myself." continued on next page....

As a model, actress, and dancer, Paris has accomplished much. Paris tells us,

" Some of the brands I've worked with are Desipah clothing, Chrissy clothing, Maddox leather, Risen Ink clothing and Leg Avenue. As far as acting goes, I've done a few commercials and music videos. I also was in a short film called 'Are there Women on Keplar?'. One of my biggest achievements with dancing was getting to take a Summer Intensive program for Joffrey Ballet. I lived in New York for the summer of '07. I danced Monday through Saturday from 8am until the early evening. I've also performed half time for The Avengers at The Staples Center and I've done various performances at Knots Berry Farm throughout my childhood."

What are some of the projects you have worked on or been apart of?

"In the past two years I've done a lot of runway. I think I got lucky because I'm actually a really petite model. Normally I think the minimum for runway is like 5'7 or 5'8. I'm 5'3. And I got to do some catalog work for Leg Avenue. Those are some of my best accomplishments."

What are some of the projects you are looking into working in the nearfuture? "Lots of Desipah and I'm about to start working with a brand called Illogic. That should be super fun. Oh and expect a lot more acting from me."

When it comes to advice, do you have any advice for those who are trying to succeed in thisindustry? "It gets really tough. There's more rejection than anything else. Everyone is always looking for something specific and if you're not what they are looking for never take it personally. Just keep moving along and don't give up."

Jessica Solano, A young and experimental artist that looks to share her passion of modeling and photography with the world through an experimental canvas.

Jessica Solano was born in Lima Peru and raised in Simi Valley CA, her interests include modeling, photography, and travel. Her career began when she was 2 years old. Jessica mentions "I originally started modeling when I was 2 years old for my mom's business kids clothing and taking pictures to sell them, after high school I wanted to study History that was my Major for 3 years, than I decided to go to beauty school for a 1 year because of my modeling which I was doing as a hobby at that time, and I enjoy every moment of it.

What inspired your talent? Jessica says "About a few months when I was doing a photo shoot I discovered that I have a passion for photography, and even more after I went to South America and started taking pictures of the ancient ruins of Machu Picchu, that inspired to become a professional photographer and travel around the world and share my experience with others."Do you think you have inspired others? If so how? Jessica says " Since I've worked with several photographers and I would say that I've inspired other friends to take pictures and post them on their FB.

What are some of your goals with your talent? Jessica tells us " My long-term goals as of a right now will be to enroll in Photography school and learn as much as I can, so I can start planning my future as a professional Photographer one of the projects that I would love to start will be to make a book about traveling and experiences, my South American experience helped me a lot and influence me in my decision. Along with my modeling hobby which I've learned a lot since I was 2, every pose, make up, hair and of coarse editing on my photo shoots was created by me and that's what I want create my own style of shoots, creating edgy, fashion, rock sports, nature styles to my shoots. What are some of your accomplishments you have done with your career? Jessicas tells us " One project that I've done in the past was NYC make up I was their main face for make up and hair."

What are some of accompliments you are looking to do in the near future? Jessica says "I want keep taking it to the next level, and pursuit more further in my near future, I would love to work for big make up companies because I have the face for it, along with swimsuit and fashion designs."

Do you have any advice for those interested in going into your industry?Jessica says "For those pursuing modeling I would say to continue knocking as many doors as possible never give up, on what you want to do in life always look on the bright side of every situation if you're being turned down. Everthing happens for a reason keep on trying you might never know where you might end up."

Devi Anjali comes from Denver, Colorado. At 22 years old, Devi is a glamor model with an interest in traveling, dancing, cooking, modeling, working out , reading, and spending time with friends and family. She recently graduated with a Bachelors degree in nursing. Her educational goal is to work in critical care and become a nurse practitioner. She is also currently competing at the MISS Global Pageant as a candidate representing Miss India.

So what are some of your short-term goals with your talent? My short-term goals are to continue to gain more experience day by day so that I can continue to grow and learn and improve my work.

What are some of your long-term goals with your talent? My long-term goals include expanding my work internationally and being able to collaborate with a diverse range of professionals.

Devi, what inspired your talent? I've always had an eye for fashion and beauty and this interest is what inspired me to pursue modeling.
When it comes to her experiences, we wanted to know how her talent has helped her in her life.

So how has your talent impacted your life Devi? My time spent modeling has allowed me to meet so many artistic, inspirational people who have helped to shape my perspective on life.

Do you think your talent has inspired others? If so, how? I believe my talent has inspired others, especially my girlfriends. Modeling started out as something I did just for fun and then grew to develop into something I was really passionate about. Whenever I am shooting, I am always having fun and fulfilling that artistic eye which first brought me to modeling. Since this passion developed, I have been pursuing modeling since and I think this dedication and passion has inspired my girlfriends by reminding them to pursue what makes you happy. continued on page 11.....

Devi, can you tell us what are some of the experiences you have had with your talent?

I have had so many great experiences with modeling. From shooting on the beach to shooting in the studio with international singers. Each experience, each photo-shoot, each fashion have helped me to grow as a model and an artist.

When it comes to accomplishments, we want to know what some of those accomplishments were.

So Devi, what are some of the projects you have worked or have been apart of inthe past? In the past, I have been a part of various fashion and runway shows and worked as a model with numerous photographers for fashion and glamor photo-shoots.

What are some of the projects you are looking into working in the nearFuture? Currently, I am in the running as a contestant for the Miss Global pageant representing Miss India.

When it comes to life lessons and advice, we want to know if Devi had to something to share to her audience?

I always tell my close girlfriends to never give up on what you are truly passionate about in this life. If we fail to pursue our dreams and fulfill our passions in life, I believe you can never be completely content.
Devi do you have any advice for those who are trying to succeed in this industry?

My advice for those who are trying to succeed in this industry is to be kind, genuine, and always remain true to who you are. Never lose sight of who you truly are, otherwise I don't believe success is achievable.

Her talent as a musician began at md-early age. Belinda says "Belinda began playing guitar at the age of 13 when my mother bought me my very first guitar. I practices every day before and after school and quickly learned the basic chords needed to start writing my own songs. I was very interested in writing songs as a means to express myself. I developed an insatiable desire to play music and THAT did not limit me to guitar; I began taking drum lessons at 15 and singing lessons at 18. I am currently involved in 3 bands."

When comes to modeling, Belinda says " I began modeling 2 years ago and have worked heavily with local photographers in my city who have taught me about modeling, posing, makeup and hair. I look forward to collaborating with many photographer, models and fashion designers."

Lastly, when it comes to her acting, she says " A year ago I began acting and have now appeared in several television commercials both national and local as well as an online commercial for a car company."

What are some of your short-term goals with your talent? Belinda says "I hope to continue developing my acting portfolio by appearing in more commercials as well as small television rolls. My most current interest is in Mexican Telenovelas or Soap Operas and I plan to pursue my dream of appearing in one."

What are some of your long-term goals with your talent? Belinda said " My long term goal is to be an internationally successful musician, actress and model." Continued on next page....

What inspired your talent? Belinda explains "My mother played a big part in shaping the person I am today. She has always supported my dreams and has always cultivated my talents by supporting everything I wish to achieve."

How has your talent impacted your life? Belinda says "Writing music and performing it live has allowed me to travel and meet new people, visit places Ive always wanted to see. I am allowed the opportunity to connect with people through song. Modeling and acting has allowed me to work with very talented directors, photographers and other models; I have learned so much by collaborating with such gifted artists."

Do you think your talent has inspired others? If so, how? Belinda says " I am approached after shows by people who are astonished that a female can rock out. I have to say that Im glad to be able to change a persons mind regarding a womans limitations; Yes, woman can rock too! A dad from the audience once told me after a show I want my daughter to be like you, Im going to get her music lessons. This statement was a true complement and I am happy to inspire through music."

What are some of the accomplishments you have had in the past? Belinda says "Musician with 3 bands: Yardsale Heart (Indie Rock), the Jons (Latin Rock) and Simple Violet (indie exp. 2013 MODELdirect American Network Miss myMODELdirect for July

Kimberly Romero has certainly accomplished much in her career as model. At only 22, Kimberly has had the opportunity to make an appearance in such major Television networks as Univision, Telemundo, Telefutura, and TV Azteca for modeling for fashion advice.

Kimberly has also had experience in runway and fashion. She has worked for such designers as Adolfo and Glaudi.

Some of her projects in the near future include doing more runways, more photoshoots. In general she says anything that has to do with the modeling industry.

" I really do love modeling and I enjoy it very much and I work very hard"

When it comes to life lessons, Kimberly tells us, " A life lesson is to never give up even though you have fallen down at times, because you might be at your peak and you give up you'll never know what could of been. "

As far as advice who are trying to succeed in this industry, Kimberly says " Always push and strive for what you really want. Nothing is impossible in this life."

Soraya Ziarati, 1st Division Olympic Medalist looks to change the lives of kids through sports.

Soraya Ziarati, born in Los Angeles, CA is an Olympic Medalist, and now competing on the 1st Division level for CSUN, while majoring in Criminology. Her interests include sports,travel, and outdoors.

On a short-term goal, Soraya is looking to excel in college as a soccer player and long-term is to go pro. Her reason she says "Passion for the sport runs in my veins"

How has your talent impacted your life? Soraya says "It brought me happiness, confidence, strength to keep getting better push my body to the limits in regards to competition."Do you think your talent has inspired others? If so, how? Soraya says "Yes, I go talk to middle school kids about pursuing their dreams in soccer."

What are some of the experiences you have had with your talent? Soraya says " As captain of my previous club teams, Junior Olympic medalist two years, and now competing at division 1 level."

Soraya's accomplishments include Olympic medal, offensive player of the year, and now competing at division 1 level.

What are some of the projects you have worked or have been apart of inthe past? Soraya says "Helping kids in foster care during the holidays to get gifts."

What are some of the projects you are looking into working in the nearfuture? Soraya says "Changing troubled kids lives through sports" continue on page 19.....

Do you have an life lesson or advice? Soraya says "If you don;t believe in yourself nobody else will." Do you have any advice for those who are tryin to succeed in this career?Soraya says "Stick to your values and morals, if somebody doesn't agree with them there's plenty of other people dying to work with you."
