    Book Information

    For each class, click on Textbook Information to go to the bookstore to see allyour course materials.

    Email Faculty

    You can quickly email yourfaculty member for each classwithout having to find theiremail address.

    If you are not already loggedinto your email, you will have toauthenticate using your MEID.

    Add to Calendar

    By clicking Send to Calendaryou can send your schedule to your student Google calendar.

    Email Schedule

    Awards and Payment

    You can view your Financial Aidawards from the Awardsscreen.

    You can also check yourbalances on your account usingthe Payment screen.

    Track Financial Aid

    You can see your awardedamounts in the Award Summary table.

    You can also view previousyear’s award details using Select Aid Year.

    Financial Aid Status

    You can stay up-to-date on thetypes of awards you receive andthe status of your award without having to contact the Maricopa Community Colleges for an update.

    SAP Status

    You can view your SatisfactoryAcademic Progress (SAP) status.

    Loan Information

    You can learn more aboutborrowing student loans byclicking Student Loan Borrowing Info. This will direct you to the information on my.maricopa.edu.

    Check Balance

    You can check to see if you have an account balance.

    You can also click Pay Now togo to Make a Payment in theStudent Center.

    You will have to login to the Student Center with your MEID.

    View Grades

    You can see your most recentgrades.

    If you have grades for mulitpleterms, click Select Term to viewall available semesters.

    Request Transcripts

    Click on Transcript Information to be directed to the Transcripts page on my.maricopa.edu for information about requesting official and unofficial transcripts.

    Email Grades

    You can select a semester and send your grades toyour email.

    View Holds

    If you have Holds on youraccount, you will see a messagedisplay when you login.

    By going to the Holds page, click on the hold to expand it to read the description and the steps to take to remove it.

    You can view your To-Dos listand expand it to read the description and the steps needed to complete them.

    No Information Found MessageKeep In mind: If you have never been a student at or submitted an application to a Maricopa Community College, you

    will also see these following messages if you login to MyInfo.

    Schedule

    The “No scheduleinformation was found” message will display if you haven’t completedyour registration.

    Grades

    The “No grade information”message will display if youhaven’t completedregistration or if it is yourfirst-year, first semester asa student.

    If you do not have a financial aid award you will see the “No financial aid awards found” message on the Awards screen.

    If you don not have an outstanding balance, you will see the “You have no outstanding charges” message on the payment screen.

    Holds and To-Dos

    If you do not have Holds, you will see a “No holds” message on the Holds screen.

    If you do not have To-Dos, you will see a “No To-Dos were found for you” message on the To-Dos screen.
