View your consumption dataAnalyse your half hourly and non-half hourly data

View and download the electricity usage data used to create your bills. Choose to see your data in spreadsheet format or as graphs, to help you analyse and manage energy usage within your portfolio.

For non-half hourly data you can see the split of consumption by register on your meter, which will match the rates charged on your bill. The data provided is listed by invoice number so it’s easily reconcilable against your bills.

View your half hourly consumption data

You can download half hourly consumption data in different formats (MS Excel© or CSV files) for your accounts and meters (MPANs). If you select multiple meters, you have the option of compressing your data into a Zip file, or requesting it in several files.

You can view your half hourly consumption data in an on-screen graph, which will show you any anomalies or problem areas for investigation. The consumption graphs allow you to make historical comparisons between sites, or year-on-year comparisons for a single meter.

11 Simply click the ‘Consumption Data’ tab, then select ‘Half Hourly Data’ from the dropdown list.

12 You will then be presented with a list of all of your accounts. Select the accounts that you wish to view by ticking the relevant checkbox(s) and then click the ‘Next’ button.

Submit your meter reading before the billing window

24 The billing window is the period when your bill is produced, and is unique to each account. We need to receive your meter reads just before your billing window to ensure you receive the most accurate bill. Please note, if you do submit your meter read during the billing window, we can’t take it into account for that bill.

To ensure you submit your meter reads accurately, follow the simple steps below:

i. Talk to your Account Administrator (contact details are shown at the top of every page of your bill)

ii. Find out the billing window for each account you wish to submit meter reads for

iii. Submit meter reads each month (avoiding the billing window) to ensure you receive accurate bills.

Call us for more information on 08453 663 664.

Carbon Reduction Commitment Energy Efficiency Reporting25 The Carbon Reduction

Commitment Energy Efficiency Scheme (CRCEES) is a mandatory scheme aimed at improving energy efficiency and cutting emissions in large public and private sector organisations. Organisations qualified for the CRCEES phase 1 (April 2010 - March 2014) based on 2008 consumption.

We offer a free CRCEES reporting service via MyAccount for Large Business which allows you to choose from a range of reporting periods available in PDF and spreadsheet format.

The report will give you key information regarding your energy for annual reporting and the allowances you will need to purchase to cover those emissions. It also contains information to help you comply and succeed in the scheme.
