Currently I’m working as a Senior Presales Specialist HCM for SAP Switzerland. In my current role, I’m part of the of SAP middle & eastern Europe sales organization, responsible to introduce to prospects and existing customer, SAP HCM application solutions, architecture and support the account responsible in all matters concerning SAP HCM and cloud products. In my past position at Oracle I was also in the role as a HCM presales. At Ernst & Young, I was specialized in change- and project management for HCM projects. Besides this I also committed audits, risk assessments and due diligence with IT focus. Being in the payroll field for twelve years, I’m also an experienced payroll professional. Specialized in implementing and running HCM Applications and payroll for Switzerland and Germany. My knowledge includes experience working in international projects with global operating teams (USA, India, UK, Poland, Singapore, China, al.). My most challenging and rewarding role in the past, was as managing partner of YO:GO Limited, founded in 2005 to offer HR/Payroll services in the cloud as SaaS or BPO solution. I had the chance to get involved in strategic and executive related activities for more than 6 years. Business and product development, marketing, sales, acquisition, customer binding, leadership and many more. Overall I have been in the software and information technology industry since the early '90. In this time, I have seen small companies (PLANCAL, about 100 staff) and large, global operating ones (IBM, UBS, Oracle and SAP), in different industries. I have been involved in small and large software projects in different roles. As different as my assignments were, there were similarities which were always important to me: I have the natural ability to spontaneously approach people I do not know and strike up a conversation with them. I’m both an active listener and a popular speaker who usually manages to lead the conversation in discussions. I find it exciting to communicate with persons on different hierarchical levels, from different origins and walks of life. I find it easy to be creative in my work. There are no limits to my imagination and my enthusiasm where new ideas are concerned. Thus, I’m rarely stuck for an idea when it comes to solving a problem. Last, I prefer to work in teams - I do work more efficiently in a team – I only work alone in situations where individual work is necessary.
