Karen is the creator and host of the talk show “Pets Impact,” on NJ.com and is a featured training columnist on NJ.com. In 2011 Karen will be the featured online training and behavior columnist for Inside Jersey - a Star-Ledger Magazine. She’s also an accomplished graphic designer.
She volunteers as a behavior consultant for shelters and rescue groups throughout New Jersey to counsel volunteers on safe handling techniques, behavior modification and more. When she isn’t training dogs, hosting her talk show or writing her column, she devotes her time to writing the book she’ll be publishing in the fall of 2011 on training and behavior.
Karen lives in Keyport, New Jersey with her husband, Richard, and two dogs, Carney—a German Shepherd, and Lucy—an English Foxhound.
