5 year old child, Kylie was run over by a 50 bus when on her way to school.

Mother Zara Jones was taking her regular trip to school when Zara let go of her hand when crossing the road and ran out, A local woman who witnessed the incident said “its a tragic accident and I hope the little girl has a fast recovery.

Two ambulance crews were called to the scene and the girl was rushed to hospital with a police escort. Two paramedics and an emergency doctor also attended to

the boy’s injuries.“The girl had a fractured leg among other suspected injuries,” said a spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service.“Such was the seriousness of the injuries; the girl was taken by land ambulance under police escort to Birmingham Children’s Hospital.”“One of the rapid response para-medics and the Emergency Doc-tor were also on board the ambu-lance to care for the boy en route to hospital.”
