Developed with Elimsan’s perfect engineering, innovative technology and vast knowledge of its field, Measurement Transformers have IEC 61869 production standard and certified its quality and reliability after successfully passing KEMA and ICMET Lab tests. Measurement norms are at DIN German standards.
Plus, production is also available with ANSI NORM standards that are valid in USA, Canada stadards, AS Australia Stan-dards and the British Standards.
The main insulation material for Elimsan measurement transformer is Epoxy Resin. Through professional practices of Elimsan, the surface gets clean and ready for the process. The material is highly cohesive so it will never unstick, won’t change in time and show no structural change over the years.
Silica based plate irons are especially developed for substations and used in Elimsan MV Transformers to minimize magnetic loss with oriented electrons and to maximize magnetic features. Thus, while magnetic features are kept at the top level, product efficiency increases. Elimsan Transformer’s primary winding material is purified electrolytic copper with increased conductivity up to 99.9%. H class enamel coated copper used for secondary winding provides perfect isolation. Metal locking plates are used for fixing the product and Secondary Terminal Caps are used or safety. Primary Busbars are brass or copper according to the current. Elimsan makes no compromise on material quality, professional labor and R&D investments. Quality only increases day by day and Elimsan maintains its righteous competitive position at global markets.
