M &Z construction company was incorporated in 2010 and located in the heart of Istanbul City which is one of the biggest city in the middle east.Our company, undersigning numerous successful projects since its incorporation date, has a lot of projects on going.

M&Z construction never compromises the target of success. Our company vision is to become one of the biggest construction companies that delivers succesful construction projects with top quality on time.Our mission is to develope competitive building projects by using recent technologies within an innovative approach without compromising quality.

In addition, M&Z construction is aimed to lead construction market by generating new construction approaches and methods.

MARKET POTANTİAL

Turkey is not completed.It is development phase so there are still a huge need for construction companies. In addition to this, there are some countries near Turkey that have lots of destruction because of existing war in recent years .For example; some of these countries are Syria and Iraq.So there will be a need for construction companies to rebuild these countries.These facts are some oppurtunies for our construction company becase we are planning to make construction business in such countries.

In Turkey, there are a lot of people who are expert in the field of construction. Therefore, it is very easy to find expert employees for construction companies. So this is an advantage of establishing a construction company in turkey.

COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE

To have a competetive advantage over our competitors, we plan to work with some advisors from universities. In addition, we plan to work top experts in the field of construction.These facts will bring quality to our company.

Another competetive advantage is giving more importance to have innovative and technological approach. In other words, we plan to make our business with the help of latest technological improvements.This approach affects our price policy because making use of latest technological methods brings us to have more sutiable prices in comparision with our competitors.
