In addition Kellyanne assists in the rent and sale comps market analysis before the team brings new listings to the market.

CHARLES WOLCOTT | Investment AnalystCharles assists the team in underwriting analysis. In his role, he reviews all financial and operating data for each transaction and develops a comprehensive financial model based on this data to be used within the marketing materials. Throughout the transaction process he is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and sending updated financial statements to future buyers.

GERDA KAUKS | Marketing AssociateGerda is responsible for all business development and marketing needs for the team. This includes coordinating the creation and distribution of all marketing materials, sending weekly marketing updates to the client, managing the client database and assisting with due diligence.

CAROL DIPAOLA | Administrative AssistantCarol is responsible for coordinating property tours, maintaining up-to-date tour logs that are sent out weekly to the client, and recording all offers being presented as they come in.
