Feature overview

• Multiple stores, single login - Let your customers browse all your web stores using single login credentials.

Customers register on any web store and they will be automatically identified on the other web stores.

• Integrated Shopping Cart & Checkout - Enhance your shoppers’ customer experience by allowing them to

share a shopping cart across multiple web stores. Shoppers checkout from any of the web stores with items

from the multiple web stores they have browsed.

• Expand your brands’ reach - The convenience of navigating and shopping across multiple stores helps the

merchant reach out to a wider shopper demographic, consequently increasing sales and revenues.

CSR can enable multi channel browsing via the Manager Panel at a channel level. Depending on the business need you can have as many web stores as required enabled for multi channel browsing.

The CSR can configure various parameters applicable to all web stores set up for multi-channel browsing. These parameters help determine how discount coupons are applied on the web stores and if customers can login to the web store using their social media login credentials.

Reach out to a diverse demographic of shoppers

All web stores enabled for multi-channel browsing are displayed in the web store footer along with their respective logos at all times. This not only makes navigating across stores easy, it also helps you brand your web stores and target a wide range of shoppers looking to shop for different types of products.

When shopping through multiple web stores, shoppers add items to a single shopping cart that is shared across all the stores. They can then checkout from any of the stores.
