SUBMIT A DAILY REPORT ON COMPLETION OF TREK REGARDING ANY MIS CONDUCT BY ANY OT

Trek program 5 APSRTC Buses are arranged.

OTs have to board the buses as per the Bus Group wise list 1-5

OT’s will start from Hyd on 28th Friday evening at 4.00 pm

En route -halt at Kurnool – Punnami, APTDC Restaurant

Reach Mysore by 6 AM on 29th September , refresh and B.F

Leave Mysore by 9 AM and arrive Ooty by 2;30 pm , Lunch at Tamilagam Guest House, adjoining Collector’s residence and Halt

30th Sep 8 AM Break fast Tamilagam Guest House, Trek Briefing by district officials at 9 AM. Proceed to base camps by 10 AM

Trek 1st October -5th October in the assigned routes to each group.

6th Start at Base Camps , by 7 AM after early break fast. Reach Tamilagam guest by 11 AM. Debriefing session 11-12. Lunch 12-1.

Leave Ooty by 1 PM and reach Bangalore by 8 PM Dinner

Leave Bangalore by 10 pm on 6th October and return to Hyderabad.
