2. You ingest Magnesium by eating different varieties of foods. But one of the foods that containmuch Magnesium is fish or fish related products like sushi or tuna. Prune juice also contains lotsof Magnesium and is also one of the fewest drinks that contain Magnesium unlike others. And tobe quite honest with this fact, foods and drinks that contain Magnesium are pretty delicious andscrumptious! 3. You ingest Phosphorus every time you brush your teeth. How? Because the chemicals that are used to make up Tooth Pastecontain Phosphorus which help strengthen your teeth so they wont get deadly bacteria or painful cavities. 4. Magnesium is one of the healthiest chemical elements that have ever ceasedto exist. Unlike other elements, if Magnesium would not have existed thenpeople all around planet earth would have more chances and risks of having asevere heart attack and the Heart Attack Death Rates would definitely increase to high percentage nearly or probably having more chances to beat the death percentage of heart diseases which is also the #1 death causearound the whole world! 5. Since Phosphorus helps out your teeth and bones get healthier andstronger, your body benefits from that because you wont have to suffer tooth aches or bone twists as much as you originally do. Yourbody also benefits from it because youll have more stamina than ever. 6. If you do not ingest sufficient or enough Magnesium on a daily basis, your heart willnot beat as fast as it usually does. Which will increase the chances of getting a heartattack as announced in section B above. So basically you NEED a bit of Magnesiumingested inside your body at least once every 2 days or so. Because we all know thatnone of us want to die young. We all want to live forever. 7. If you do not ingest sufficient or enough Phosphorus on a dailybasis, your bones and teeth will not have the strength it should. Which means if you get hurt, youll get double the pain youwould normally receive. You will also get cavities and youll losesome of your teeth. 8. These two elements help your body in nearly every important way! Magnesium makes your heart healthier and beat in a faster rate of speed to decrease the chances of getting heart attacks. Phosphorus helps your teeth and bones achieve way more growth and strength. Which decreases the chances of breaking or damaging yourbones or teeth whenever an accident occurs to you.
