About the TeacherMy name is Taylor Queen. I was born and raised
in Hopkinsville, Kentucky and graduated from Christian County High School in 2009. I then
attended Hopkinsville Community College for two years before transferring to Murray State
University. Currently, I am attending MSU for my Master’s degree. This is my 3rd year teaching at South Christian. I am not married and have no
children, but I am excited to have 18 new students to love and care for this school year!

RewardsDragon TicketsDragon tickets will be given to students with the most Dojo points each day. Ms. Brummer pulls Dragon Tickets for helpers in Morning Assembly.Weekly RewardsStudents not missing recess all week will get to choose a reward on Friday.9-weeks RewardStudents who miss 5 or fewer recesses during the 9- weeks will receive the 9-weeks reward.
HomeworkMath
Students will have 6-7 problems to complete Monday-Thursday night.
ReadingStudents should read at least 20
minutes nightly.
Friday FoldersStudents will bring home folders filled with graded assignments and important papers to look at and/or fill out and return. Please
return Friday Folders the following Monday.
NewsletterNewsletters will be sent home
in Friday Folders. They will inform you of what topics will
be covered in each subject area that week as well as important
dates and reminders.
