My portfolio while I work at KTC

I started work at KTC in 2012 of February.

Almost 4 years that I have worked in Fraud

Prevention division at KTC. My responsibilities are to

prevent fraudulent transaction, English speaker officer

and English trainer of the team. Most of people call me

“Teacher Ben”

While I worked here, I have learnt a lot of

knowledge about fraud analysis and I got more

experience in my duties. I have to prevent fraudulent in

both of the merchant and credit card, including

authorizing temporary credit limit. In free time I have

learnt more about Fraud Investigation duties. In this

part I want to learn by myself, so I consulted with my

colleagues who work in Fraud control division.

In 2012 I got testimonial letter in good working from KTC board.

After I have started work here for two months, I was assigned to

work at credit limit authorization team in temporary because the

officer there is not enough to work. While I worked in this duty, I

observed and found the suspect person, then I can catch him and I

had prevented damage more than 300,000 baht.
