Premium Oilfield Technologies has a full line of 7,500 psi mud valves designed for high pressure, extreme service applications. The valve and parts are compatible and interchangeable with Demco mud valves. Each valve is fully assembled and tested in our manufacturing facility prior to shipment.

• Designed to be repaired without removing the valve from the line. This is accomplished through our removable bonnet design.

• Field replacements of seats is made easier utlizing a one-piece seat design.

• Seats are made with a long-lasting elastomer that is bonded to two stainless steel inserts and a locking device that ensures proper alignment when installing the seat.

• The service life of the valve is extended by incorporating replaceable seat rings that wear instead of the seat bore.

• Time saving design allows for stem packing replacement without removal of the bonnet.

• Our valves and repair kits are 100% interchangeable with our competitors on a part to part and unit to unit basis.

• Stainless steel trim is standard on all valves, for high performance in corrosize applications.

• Major and minor repair kits for 1.5”, 2”, 3”, and 4” bore mud valves are stocked.

MR-75 High-Pressure Mud Valve

All Premium valves are hydrostatically tested; stem seal, body, and seat are inspected for zero leakage under pressure before relased for shipment. Hydro test specifications are based upon API-6A latest edition testing requirements.
