3MP LIGHTING PRODUCT CATALOGUE

Lighting is an essential component in designing architectural spaces,

defining how the space will be used and experienced by the people within it.

MP Lighting specializes in manufacturing specification-grade architectural LED fixtures, as

well as Low Voltage, Line Voltage, and Multi-Circuit Track Systems. Established in 1994, MP Lighting is a Canadian owned and operated company with

headquarters in Vancouver, BC. Products are suited for commercial, institutional, industrial, hospitality,

and residential applications.

MP Lighting began with the design of two ceiling mount fixtures and one of the very first cable

systems in Canada. Today, the product line has grown to over 150 products available in numerous

mounting options and systems. MP Lighting's 40,000 sq/ft factory houses two showrooms, a

CSA certification lab, LED testing equipment, and complete production facilities. All products are

designed, tested, and assembled on-site to ensure

quality and performance.

PricingAll prices are retail prices and do not include shipping, handling, taxes, or installation. Pricing for the United Kingdom and Europe are inclusive for shipping, handling and taxes except installation. Prices are subject to change without notice and we reserve the right to correct errors. Please contact MP Lighting for details. Merchandise supplied against a properly accepted quotation from MP Lighting will be shipped at the quoted price. All other merchandise will be charged at the price ruling on the date of dispatch. In the event of discrepancy between the prices on a customer’s purchase order and the invoiced price, MP Lighting’s price ruling at the date of dispatch will be deemed correct. Claims arising from MP Lighting’s invoices must be advised in writing within 10 days following receipts, otherwise the invoice will be deemed correct. Late claims will not be accepted.

Minimum Order ChargeThe minimum order is $100.00 net. A Service Charge of $25.00 will be added to all original customer orders less than $100.00 net.

FreightF.O.B. MP Lighting Factory. Prepaid and charge shipping costs are Freight Company’s quoted estimates PLUS 15% administration fee to cover any shipping charge overruns, brokerage, customs charges and handling fees. For European or UK based orders, shipping cost are included in the purchase price. This is non-negotiable and non-refundable. To avoid this fee, customers may provide their own courier or freight account number and will be responsible for additional charges from US customs. Shipping raw materials or replacement parts outside Canada may incur duty charges and/or taxes. Duty charges are calculated as $25.00 (fixed) plus 12% of the value of parts purchased. Shipments must be inspected on receipt. Any discrepancies must be advised to MP Lighting in writing within 5 days of receipt. Late claims will not be accepted.

Payment TermsNet 30 days with prior approved credit otherwise a 50% deposit with order and the balance in full prior to shipping. A service charge of 2% per month, compounded monthly, will be added to all past due amounts, except where prohibited by law. For

credit applications, contact Accounts Receivable.

Return PolicyReturn requests must be made within 60 days of the receipt of goods and require an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. Returns without an RGA will be refused and returned at your expense. MP Lighting will only accept the return of uninstalled products that are in saleable condition and are free of damages, scratches, and alterations. RGA numbers can be obtained by fax request at 604-708-1185 Attention: Customer Service, or by email request at [email protected].

All returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee for low and line voltage products and a 50% restocking fee for all LED products. We will not accept returns on custom orders* or purchase overruns. Goods must be returned prepaid with RGA number clearly marked on returning packages. RGA’s are valid for 30 days from issue date to the time products are received at our factory. Expired RGA’s will be refused and returned at your expense. Credit will be issued at the sole discretion of MP Lighting. No credit will be issued on defective products due to improper installation or misuse.

*Custom orders may include, but are not limited to, irregular track lengths and off-site work, such as metal fabrications or custom colors. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all custom orders. Custom orders cannot be cancelled after Release of Order. Custom materials cannot be returned except for defects proven to be the manufacturer’s responsibility.

CancellationsCancellation of orders must be made by fax or email without delay and may be subject to restocking, service and other fees. All orders that are in progress or completed, and are cancelled by the customer will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge.

Installation Disclaimer MP Lighting assumes no responsibility for the installation of their products. Installation of these products should only be made by licensed personnel in accordance with provided instructions. The use of these products should meet all regulatory codes and requirements.

ApprovalMP Lighting systems are approved to US and Canadian standards by CSA and to Europe and the UK standards by CE.

One Year Limited Warranty – Low Voltage and Line Voltage SystemsFive Year Limited Warranty – LED Products and Drivers*Note: Lamps are not covered by warranty

MP DESIGN INC. (hereinafter referred to as “MP Lighting”) gives the following warranty for each new MP Lighting product distributed worldwide by MP Lighting and sold through an authorized MP Lighting Distributor. MP Lighting warrants that all products manufactured by MP Lighting to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use subject to the following terms and conditions:

CONDITIONS1. parts & Labor: One year from date of original purchase from distributor for low voltage and line voltage systems. Five years from date of original purchase from distributor for LED products.

2. Limitation: MP Lighting systems are approved to CSA, CE & UL standards when used as a complete system. Substituting another manufacture’s product will void all approvals and will remove MP Lighting from any liability. Malfunction and damage to product due to improper installation or misuse will not be covered under warranty.

3. receipt of goods: All products are 100% end of the line tested and inspected before shipping to customers. It is the responsibility of the consignee receiving the goods to inspect the goods to ensure accuracy of order and to check for any damages that could have occurred from shipping. Claims for missing parts must be made within 5 business days from receipt of goods. Claims for missing parts after 5 days will not be accepted. Damage to product due to shipping should be claimed immediately with freight carrier. MP Lighting is not responsible for product damaged in transit by freight carrier.

4. proof of purchase: This warranty applies to the product from original date of purchase from distributor. The customer must furnish proof of original invoice, packing slip or payment.

5. disclaimer or Consequential damage: This warranty covers only the product itself; we assume no liability for labor costs, installation costs, improper fixture selections or other losses.

Product returned for Warranty inspection must be given an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) from MP Lighting. Products must be returned freight prepaid with the RGA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Upon confirmation of a defect or failure, at our discretion, we will repair or replace the item. If product is deemed to be in good working condition or if any of the above mentioned conditions are not met, the product will be returned and no warranty will be given.
