Marketing & Communications Executive Job Description Mowgli Foundation Page 1 of 2 Marketing & Communications Executive Reports To: Marketing & Communications Manager Number of Direct Reports: 0 Base Location: Amman, Jordan Start Date: Immediate GENERAL SUMMARY To assist the Marketing & Communications Manager to develop, organize, co-ordinate, implement and measure the performance of all internally and externally focused marketing activities. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To support the Marketing & Communications Manager in developing and implementing Strategic and Tactical Marketing Plans to support the broader strategic agenda as set out by the CEO, including: - Internal: o Developing and managing internal communications to build common understanding o Ensuring that all team members are equipped with the key messages and collateral required for fulfill their responsibilities o Creation, development, management and maintenance of the organization’s marketing collateral - Online: o Management of the organization’s website (www.mowgli.org.uk) o Development and management of the alumni offering/program o Management of the organization’s social media channels - Public Relations: o Development of effective relationships with promotional platforms such as magazines, newspapers, TV channels, radio and online hubs o Writing of articles, features, newsletters and press releases o Development of Mowgli Entrepreneur and Mentor Success Stories, including selection of individuals, conducting of interviews and writing of the final stories o Assist in the development of audio and visual content for PR use o Management of the organization’s direct mailing activities
