Community Manager Reports To: Chief Executive Officer Start Date: Immediate

GENERAL SUMMARY To develop and lead the nurturing of relationships with all who are part of the Mowgli Family; empowered partners, strategic partners, sponsors, facilitators, entrepreneurs and mentors through the sourcing, support and relationship development (including performance management) of all entities to ensure all avenues are leveraged for the benefit of all JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To develop and implement strategic and tactical empowered partner, strategic partner, sponsor, facilitator and alumni relationship management plans to support the broader strategic agenda as set out by the CEO, including: - Empowered Partners (EPs):

o Development and management of the relationships between Mowgli and the EPs o Ensuring that all EPs are trained, are fulfilling their roles and responsibilities and

undergo regular performance reviews o Sourcing, qualifying and selecting new EPs when entering new territories

- Strategic Partners (SPs) o Developing and managing relationship between Mowgli and the various SPs, once

the sponsorship contract is signed, to ensure all package promises are delivered o Ensuring both parties understand and deliver against their roles and responsibilities o Attending conferences and events to source and spark awareness with new potential

SPs about mentoring and Mowgli - Sponsors

o Developing and managing relationship between Mowgli and the various Sponsors, once sponsorship contracts are signed, to ensure all package promises are delivered

o Playing an integral role, alongside Business Development, in securing additional work from sponsors through quality delivery

o Attending conferences and events to source and spark awareness about mentoring and Mowgli with new potential sponsors

- Facilitators o Developing and managing relationship between Mowgli, the Facilitators and

Facilitation team o Ensuring that Facilitator agreements are in place and that all parties understand and

deliver against their roles and responsibilities

o Liaising with the Facilitator Coaches to ensure facilitators are developed appropriately and that performance measurement processes are put in place to ensure quality delivery

o Liaising with facilitators to source new facilitators for further training and development, to ensure the expansion of the regional facilitator pool

- Alumni – Entrepreneurs and Mentors: o Researching, developing, testing and managing the alumni offering/program o Engaging with the entrepreneurs and mentors to ensure there is cross-leveragability

between the alumni and between alumni and Mowgli o Liaising with the MarComms Manager in the development of Mowgli Entrepreneur

and Mentor Success Stories and supporting PR activities JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education: University degree Previous Experience: 10+ years experience in client/relationship development and management. Start up experience preferable Language Skills: English and French: Fluent (Spoken, Written and Reading) - Required Arabic: Preferable Computer Skills: High level of computer literacy, especially in MS Office suit and CRM solutions such as Salesforce Competencies Required: - Managing Complexity - Ability to effectively manage a number of work streams in parallel - Communication Skills - Taking Ownership, Responsibility and Accountability of Tasks - Time and Priority Management - Creativity / Innovation - Flexibility / Adaptability - Planning / Organizing ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
