As one of the world’s largest moving companies, we offer world class storage facilities and handling practices worldwide. So whether you are storing your goods here in Australia, or require storage in your new overseas destination, we are ready to assist you.
All goods entering or leaving our storage facilities are subject to strict inventory checks. Every item is labelled and recorded on our inventory condition report when it enters the facility and checked out on exit. We can store items for short or long periods at very competitive rates and we pick-up and deliver to you at an agreed time.
You are welcome to inspect our secure storage facilities. Please ask your international moving consultant to arrange a personalised inspection tour.
Step 1 – Secure Storage
LET’S GET CLEAR ON YOUR UNIQUE NEEDSWhat services you would like us to provide, such as our specialised export wrapping and packing service, Santa Fe Wridgways Valet Unpacking Service, house cleaning, pet transportation or our expert relocation solutions. Do you require storage either here or overseas? Leave the details to us.
Apart from your suitcases and personal items, have you considered what other items you may require upon arrival in your new country? An airfreight consignment is easily arranged and will ensure you have everything you need within a short time of arriving in your new home or temporary accommodation.
Your international Moving Plan will include:
• Dates for packing; uplift; transit times; delivery and all other services that you have requested.

VEHICLES
Using only the finest vehicle transport specialists in the industry, Santa Fe Wridgways will arrange a complete door-to-door vehicle transport service to any location around the world. Specialised, modern fleet are perfectly suited to safely transport your car, motorbike, boat or other vehicle. Leave all of the paperwork and transport logistics to us. Our vehicle transport specialists will make sure your vehicle(s) arrive on time, as expected, ready to let you settle into your new home. We can even arrange insurance for your vehicle during transport or when in storage.
PETS
We understand that your pets are family members too and they will be joining you on your overseas relocation. Our expert pet transport service takes care of every detail, minimising your stress and giving you peace of mind. Services include: airline bookings on the most direct flights, providing detailed information about your destinations quarantine and customs requirements and advice about any vaccinations your pet may require. On the day of departure a specially fitted and air conditioned Pet Shuttle vehicle collects your pet from your home and transport them comfortably to the airport, where the friendly Vet gives all pets a quick check-up prior to arrival.
FOREIGN CURRENCY TRANSFER
Save time and money when transferring your currency overseas. For associated services, Santa Fe Wridgways is happy to recommend reputable companies here in Australia to assist you.
Step 2 – Getting Expert Advice
INSURANCE: IT’S CRITICALEven with the best processes in place, at times unforeseen circumstances can occur which are out of our control. These unexpected events can be guarded against. Just as you need to protect your valuable possessions and property in your home, with any overseas move it’s important to arrange marine transit insurance. We arrange it all for you, including advising which items may need to be valued and insured separately. You will have peace of mind, knowing your goods are completely protected.
Step 3 – Professional Packing
We are happy to do all the carton packing for you. You will have peace of mind knowing that your personal effects are carefully protected using specialised packaging materials secured in purpose-designed cartons.
Our experience, combined with our specialised packing and wrapping materials, will provide the best possible protection to your precious belongings. Your highly trained, professional packer will arrive at a designated time with all the appropriate packing materials and get the job done efficiently, in a minimum of time.

Step 4 – Pick-up Day
On pick-up day, we will accurately list each item of furniture and cartons, with details of the contents and, condition of the furniture onto our inventory and condition report.
Your furniture will be professionally wrapped to ensure maximum protection during transportation and be carefully packed into an overseas shipping container, either at your home or at our shipping warehouse. A numbered security seal is placed on the container prior to shipment to your overseas destination for added security and comfort.
Our labelling system makes it easier for you to find the items you need quickly when you arrive at your destination. If any items are being stored, the label also makes it easier to identify and access individual items in the storage facility.
HOUSE CLEANING SERVICESWhen everything is packed and removed we can arrange our professional cleaning services to detail your home (vacuuming, dusting, windows, floor washing, kitchen and bathroom detailing) ready for the new owners to move in. This can save you a lot of time and allow you to attend to the many other pressing matters involved when moving overseas.
Step 5 – Shipping & Airfreight
When it comes to shipping your household effects and personal items you can be sure our packaging and containers are designed to safely travel long distances. We will keep track of your shipment at all times through unique information technology systems.
AIRFREIGHTDo you need all or part of your shipment urgently in your new country? Consider an airfreight consignment for essential items that you may require. You may be surprised at how economical it is to send a portion of your shipment by air.

Step 6 – Arriving at your new destination
When your shipment arrives in your new country, it will have to go through customs, quarantine, and a number of country specific importation checks. We will take care of these for you. If you are going straight to your permanent home, we will have your personal goods delivered to you. If not, we can arrange storage for all or part of your goods, just let us know.
