Disclaimer - Role and limitation of responsibility It is understood that Victoria Lee, Mount Shasta Light Publishing, The Lemurian Connection, and the Forest Service will not be held responsible if one or more participants do not remain on identified trails and/or do not remain with the group, become lost during a group experience on Mount Shasta or elsewhere during an Initiatic Journey. In the event that a search must be organized by forest rangers, volunteers or police to locate any missing member of the group, the costs incurred by such a search become the full responsibility of the person(s) who gets lost. Costs will be charged by the “search group” to the concerned individual(s) or their family. In planning our events with you, we always keep in mind your wellbeing and greatest safety. Accidents nearly always occur in the presence of carelessness and lack of focus. It is very important to be grounded at all times, especially when hiking or walking. Acknowledgements: I acknowledge that any physical problem or injury I experience during the group event becomes my full responsibility and that Victoria Lee, Mount Shasta Light Publishing, The Lemurian Connection, and/or the Forest Service will not be held responsible in any way. I acknowledge that I read the role and limitation of responsibility as a participant of the Initiatic Journey ™ Retreat, 2016. I confirm my full understanding and agreement of the above and I fully accept all conditions.
