What is Staff supervision
“…interpersonal relationship when one person, the supervisor, meets another, the worker (supervisee), with the goal of helping the latter become more effective in helping people”. (Hawkins and Shohet)
Types of staff supervision
Different types of staff supervision:
• Managerial - giving directions• Clinical – Reflective• Individual• Peer• group
