Mother’s Day, Amira Foods

To celebrate Mother’s Day, Amira Foods, in association with IFB Industries, organized a weeklong contest, Mom in a Million, at DLF Club, Noida. The first two prizewinners are Satakshi and Sonam Kansal respectively. The contestants were asked to fill in a questionnaire with three interesting questions. The winners received attractive prizes, including hamopers of Amira Pure basmati rice.

Kinder Plume, a South Delhi preschool, invited toddlers from the economically weaker background to participate in Mother’s Day celebrations organized by the school. While most children in this school come from an affluent background, a few children from economically weaker section are taught in the school on weekends along with their parents, to expose them to modern techniques of instruction.
