B) Courses Development: 1) Developing and restructuring the course contents of the graduate course Vitamins and

Human Metabolism (FSHN 6026).

2) Developing the curricula for Nutrition Practicum's training in three disciplines; Clinical

Nutrition (FSHN 3803), Community Nutrition (FSHN 3802), and Food Services Management

(FSHN 3801). Main tasks were: Assigning students training in collaboration with Ministry of

Health, developing the internship's training booklet and grading the students' final reports

submission and presentations.

3) Designing a new undergraduate course entitled "Nutrigenomics, Course code: FSHN 4301",

Course format: Lectures and laboratory. This is a three credit hours elective undergraduate

course currently taught at the College of Agricultural and Marine Sciences, Sultan Qaboos

University.

4) Updating lecture notes and lab manuals for (lectures notes and lab manuals) for the
