The Cone represents a coach o rmanager.

As the players rebound their ownshots they form an outlet line in thecorner.A rebounder (2 in this case) passest o the outlet person (1). Who thenwil l pass t o the coach. And hustleback into line...Once the bal l gets t o the coachthe next person in line (4) runs ful lspeed towards an elbow andreceives the pass from the coachand catches and shoots and gethis/her own rebound and hits theoutlet.
