REMINDER TO ALL RESIDENTS
You need report all of your income!
If you do not-you must repay—
IT’S THE LAW!!!!
It is much easier to pay as you go, rather than having a pay a large
amount of back rent.
TOTSAGNA (lasagna made by using tater tots)
1# burger 1t garlic powder
1 jar marinara sauce-24 oz 1c water
2c shredded mozzie cheese-divided 1/2c parmesan cheese-divided
1 container cottage cheese-15 oz 1 egg-beaten
1 bag tater tots
Heat oven to 350. Crumble and brown burger, sprinkle on the garlic powder as you brown burger. Drain and return to same skillet, add the marinara sauce and water. Heat until sauce is combined and then turn off burner. In mixing bowl, combine 1 cup mozzie cheese, 1/4 cup parm cheese and all the cottage cheese and the egg.
Pour enough of the meat sauce to lightly cover the bottom of a 13X9 baking pan. Top with a layer of tots, then the cheese mixture and a layer of meat sauce. Cover with another layer of another layer of tots and more meat mixture. End with all the remaining cheese. Bake about 45 minutes, or until cheese has melted and tots are lightly browned
Well, guess what-annual inspections are almost in the books for another year. There are still a few
stragglers to finish up, and those inspections will take place as soon as possible. Not all needed work
has been completed, but maintenance will get to each
house or apartment as soon as possible.
P L E A S E B E P A T I E N T!!
We understand that this has been a very difficult year for everyone and want to thank you for your cooperation as we
try to get through “this” and work to get everything back to
some kind of “normal”.

I was outside Sunday evening, August 23rd,
