The manifestation of genetic polymorphisms in genes that are implicated in immunity could change some conditions which regulate the status in HIV and the way to treat it.

Genic therapy is a technique that use genes to treat or prevent diseases. The common ways of this are the inclusion of a normal gene changing an anormal gene although it could be a reparation of an anormal gene or alteration of activation and inactivation of a gene.

Antiretroviral therapy has like main objective down the effects of HIV/AIDS doing that the virus propagation get down and it does not attack the immune system. However, some drugs mechanisms used in this therapy could attack another cells of the organism causing bad effects.

NEW 1

New pathways to treat HIV offer to patients the possibility to cut their infection rapidly. Although it's just an investigation, its conclusion is a part of a big puzzle which in some time will give a better solution that which exist now.

OBSERVATION

It is a breakthrough that can give us many answers about treatment.

This research may have clearer answers to some of the behaviors generated by the body in different pathologies as in the case of HIV where immune response where gets out of control and sometimes causing death.

A possible way about genetic manipulation could be developed with the conclusion of this study because it describes a specific gene which is involved in a several cancer complication like a metastasize.

Development of new technologies which can help the treatment of some kind of cancer is an important topic in the innovation of techniques because it could give to patient the possibility to access to a specific and oriented treatment which could have the capability to attack cancer origin and delete the alteration. All of that could be made with genetic therapy and another drugs which could induce molecular and cellular answers.

The recognition of the protein that initiates all the pathological process of cancer is a breakthrough because with this data we can generate news drugs to prevent the progression of this disease.

OBSERVATION

Today cancer is a common disorder. With this research have specific data on which cancer is involved.

MEDICAL UTILITY

HIV treatment maybe is one of hardest challenge for medicine because the only way is the immunosuppression increasing the risk of infections and bad defense when an antigen get into the human body.

MEDICAL UTILITY

Identifying a gene that helps to regulate the reduction of cellular and humoral response but preventing complete immunosuppression also gives the possibility of directing the processing to a local target.

One more time the identification of a gene implicated in cancer development gives a light about new ways to diagnosis, identification and treatment of diseases which have this gene so it allows get tools to attack a determined kind of cancer.

Actually gene therapy has increase its importance because gives the possibility of induced molecular changes in cells that cause a better condition of the patient so it's important recognize the genes involved in each disease.

Find genes which are important in diseases like cancer and HIV represent advances in the idea to develop treatments without unfavorable secondary effects and more effective drugs that attack the root of the problem.
