Without doubt Allah has heard the saying of those (i.e. ahbar / the scholars and rohban / the terrorists) who say “surely Allah is poor and we are rich.” Soon We will write down what they have said and their killing (i.e. personality) of the prophets without right.And We will say, “taste the punishment of burning”.

thi.e. 1/5 of the ghanim / profit) so take a notice of war from Allah and His messenger and if you turn back, then the heads of your wealth are for you. You do not oppress, and you will not be oppressed.

They are those who say “you do not spend (i.e. 1/5th of the ghanim / profit)over those (believers)who are near the messenger of Allah until they break up”. And for Allah are the treasures of the skies and the earth and but munafiqeen / the hypocrites do not understand.

And the yahood / jews (i.e. ahbar / the scholars and rohban / the terrorists) say“that hand of Allah is cuffed / tied up”. Their hands are cuffed / tied up and they are cursed with what they have said but both His hands are outspread He spends how He wills. And what is revealed to you from your Lord definitely increases the majority from them in tyranny (i.e. unjustly harsh, cruel) and rejection. And We have put enmity and hatred amongst them towards the day of resurrection. Whenever they (yahood / jews)ignite the fire for war Allah extinguishes it and they make an effort in the earth to cause corruption. And Allah does not love those who are mufsedeen / corrupt.

And these (hypocrites) who have taken a mosque to harm and to reject (i.e. Islam / Peace)and to make divisions between the believers and as an ambush (i.e. hidden place for sudden attack), for those (yahood / jews) who have been waging war against Allah and His messenger from before, and definitely they swear that our intention is nothing except goodness. And Allah testifies that surely they are definite liars.

You never ever stand in it, definitely that mosque (i.e. Masjid-e-Haram / Sacred mosque) whose basis from the first day is on guard, it is more right that you stand in it. In it are men who love to purify themselves. And Allah love those who purify themselves.

Surely the reward of those who wage war against Allah and His messenger and they move around in the earth to cause corruption, is that they will be killed, or they will be crucified, or their hands and feet will be cut off from the opposite sides or they will be exiled from the land. For them that is a disgrace in this world and in the lastis a great punishment for them.

Except those who turned backbefore you gain power over them, then you should know that surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

So if they repent and establish salah / prayer and give zakah / justification so leave the way for them. Surely Allah is all forgiving, merciful.

And if anyone from those who associates (with Allah) seek your neighbourhood,until he listens words of Allah, then you deliver him to his placeof security / safety. That is because they are the people who do not know.

197.The months of hajj / pilgrimage are known (Shawwal, Zeeqad, Zilhij) so whosoever impose hajj / pilgrimage (on himself) in them so he should not commit obscenity and do not take liberties(of the do’s and don’ts) and should not debate in the Hajj / Pilgrimage.And what you do from betterment Allah knows it. And take provision, so surely the best of the provision is to take guard and take guard from MeO’ you who possess the core (those who know the essence / spirit of ayaat / signs).

Surely Allah has purchased from the believers their souls / selves / psycheand their wealth, with that garden is for them. They fight in the way of Allah then they kill (their souls / psyches) and get (their souls / psyche) killed. A promise on Him in truth in At-Taurah / The Law and Al-Injeel / The Good News and in Al-Quran / The Reading. And who can fulfill with his promise than Allah, then rejoice with your deal that you bargained with Him. And that is the supreme achievement.
