Example for global dimensioning rules: No VOIP drops in (normal or single failure of HW or transmission) and 30% drop in case (double failure of HW or transmission)9. Capacity planning for different services forecasts: study all traffic increase requests from internal teams taking QoS and failures in consideration, and specifying the required topology changes that consideration the traffic forecasts with no violations for global dimensioning rules. Examples for studies: Bandwidth assessment for VOIP traffic increase 25Gpbs between location X & Location Y in LLQ class “during VOIP peak hours from X AM to X PM”. 10. (Pair Gain technology Method of transmitting multiple POTS signals over the twisted pairs traditionally used for a single traditional POTS signals over the twisted pairs traditionally used for a single traditional subscriber line in telephone systems.
