Mobility Calculation DISTRICT MOBILITY = TRANSFER IN + TRANSFER OUT FALL ENROLLMENT Base Number = the building / District Attendance count on 3rd Wednesday of September ( DESE Offical Count Day) Example Mobility Calculation ( 29% ) = 114 ( new students ) + 81 (Students Leaving ) 672 ( Fall DESE Enrollment Count )

Calculated from July 1 - June 30th * A student can only be calculated one (1) time as a transfer in and one (1) time as a transfer out * Calculated currently 7 - 12 grades only, but will be calculated in the very near future Pre-K - 12 as each student is assigned a MOSIS number
