How MobileTrack Pro works...MobileTrack Pro is a simple to install smartphone app that continually reports on the location of employees and company vehicles. Using the smartphone’s GPS technology, MobileTrack Pro transmits location and journey data to Crystal Ball’s web-based field service management system. The system then displays this “live” location data on detailed mapping, with a supporting suite of journey reports which can be exported to MS Excel.

MobileTrack Pro can also be used by employees who use their own private vehicles for company purposes (known as grey-fleet), and by drivers who use multiple vehicles to do their jobs.
