Please be aware that the timing and receipt of usage from rest of world destinations varies from country to country and

alerts can be delayed where data is received late. Users should be encouraged to use apps on the handset to monitor data

usage.

If a user spends more than £100 RRP on ROW data in a 24 hour period then as soon as this rating comes through an auto-

matic GRPS bar will be added pending further investigation..

All O2 connections are automatically set up with Roaming 24 hour Travel Pass. If you have a customer not wanting this

Option please contact the Zest4 service team for alternative rates.

Rest of World Roaming – All O2 connections with Zest4 are automatically opted into the Rest Of World Travel Pass. The user

can access a maximum of two travel passes in each 24 hour period GMT. Once the travel pass allowance has been utilised

on the first pass, a second pass is automatically added when usage continues. Once the second pass has been utilised, the

user is then charged overage rates.

It is recommended if users wish to regularly browse the web on their phones when travelling abroad, they should use wifi

hotspots instead of their phone’s mobile internet connection.

It is the end users responsibility to monitor their data usage and this can be done via various apps which monitor data

consumption.

VF Forever Connected and Mobile Broadband tariffs are for New Business Only - from 1st July 2017*

VF Forever Connected and Mobile Broadband tariffs are charged a disconnection fee of £30 + VAT per number if disconnected, or ported or migrated away.**

VF Forever Connected and Mobile Broadband tariffs are 6 Month Minimum contract term then 30 day rolling notice thereafter.

Where compatible Vodafone World Traveller @ £5.25 per day, VF Forever Connected 500 and Mobile Broadband tariffs are not compatible.

Where compatible Vodafone International Caller @ £6.00 per month, VF Forever Connected 500 and Mobile Broadband tariffs are not compatible.

Data Alerts (% of Usage) are not offered as standard on Vodafone tariffs. Providing data alerts during the month of connection, and also where a tariff migration has occurred can distort the alert thresholds due to pro rata of allowance.

Zest4 will endeavour to make partners and customers aware of users approaching their % of usage threshold where possible however we cannot guarantee that an alert can be provided at all times and therefore they should not be relied upon to manage usage and overage.

* Existing customers on legacy tariffs (connected pre 1st Feb 2017) can tariff migrate to a new July 2017 tariff with a fee of £35 + VAT per number.

** The £30 disconnection fee maybe waived upon request if the number has been connected for over 24 months. Please contact your CBM for details.
