KPI Mobile Browser Introduction

The Mobile KPI Browser allows the user to view KPI data from a mobile device and customize the KPI dashboard.

Using Favorites

Assets on the favorites list are identified by a star icon.

To add an asset to the Favorites list:

1. Select an asset from the All list.

2. Slide the asset to the left. The Add to Favorites button will appear.

3. Tap on the Add to Favorites button. A prompt will appear confirming the asset has been added and a star icon will appear beside the asset name.

To remove an asset from the Favorites list:

1. Select the asset from the Favorite list, or an asset identified by a Star icon in the All list.

2. Slide the asset to the left. The Remove Favorite button will appear.

3. Tap on the Remove Favorite button.

The following time period options are available:

• Week: Displays the KPI data from the last 7 days.

• Month: Displays the KPI data from the last 30 days.

• Quarter: Displays the KPI data from the last 90 days.

• Year: Displays the KPI data from the last 12 months.

To reposition the charts on the Dashboard page:

1. Hold-down the tag name on the top left side of the chart.

2. Drag the chart to another position.

Editing a Chart

Creating a KPI Chart

To create a KPI Chart:

1. Tap on the Asset icon. The Asset page will open.

2. Select the asset that will be featured in the chart from the list of assets. A checkmark will appear beside that asset’s name.

3. Tap on the Tag icon. The Tag page will open.

4. Once the tag is selected, a chart displaying the existing data will appear in the tag page. The tag name will appear in the upper-left corner of the chart and the data average will appear in the upper-right corner of the chart.

5. Configure the chart using the available options.

6. Once the configuration is complete, tap the Show on Dashboard button. The chart will now be displayed on the Dashboard page. The name of the selected asset will be displayed at the top of the Dashboard page.

To edit a chart:

1. Locate the chart in the Dashboard page.

2. Tap on the chart. This will open the page with the charts editing options.

Data Breakdown

To see the data breakdown from within the chart editing page:

1. Tap on the chart or tap on the Show All Data option. This will open a page that displays the asset KPI data in a grid.

2. To return to the chart editing page use the Back arrow beside the asset name at the top of the page.

To see the data breakdown from within the Dashboard page:

1. Hold-down on the chart. A line will appear across the chart.

2. Drag the line across the chart. When the line crosses a time marker (month, day), the data for that period will be displayed in the upper-right corner instead of the chart average.
