Negotiate service contracts, maintain financial records, approve supplier invoices, and review final billing;
Negotiate with trade and professional associations to promote and discuss conference, convention, fundraiser, and tradeshow services;
Organize registration of participants (delegates, speakers, guests and volunteers); prepare programs, promotional material, and publicize events;
Plan and Coordinate monthly dinner meetings, tradeshows, banquets, volunteer appreciation, special events, sales and marketing awards (submission kits and gala), entertainment, fundraisers, golf and baseball tournaments, social gatherings; weddings; and
Responsible for on-site coordination before, during and after events, complete with final reports.
