2) Working Experience & Responsibilities Wei Teck has work experience focused primarily in organizational transformation or change management (CM) and development. Currently, he is Principal Consultant in Amdocs – a telco software company – overseeing the OCM workstream at the client site with a user base of 8000. Prior to Amdocs’ he was Managing Consultant under IBM’s Strategy and Transformation service line; his role was to help clients in their implementation of their front-end and back-end systems. One of the key projects was a HR shared services project for three-cluster healthcare rollout in Singapore.
Wei Teck has wide ranging industry experience – from statutory boards to telco and pharma; he also lead in the Organization Change Management (OCM) for SAP Transport Management (TM) for the Shipping industry – which was the first of “its kind in the world” using SAP as the quotation to cash customer service system and with a user base of 5000 employees. Other mega-project he was involved in, include Pfizer Asia Pacific (SAP Supply Chain) and Singapore Institute of Management (Oracle – Course Management) – all of which require project management and stakeholder communication skills. Previously to joining IBM, he was the Global Business Change Manager for Tyco Flow Control in their Global Template project to create a global operating model and oversaw the end-to-end in-house communication and training resources. Prior to Tyco Flow Control, he was the Global Organizational Change Manager for Levi Strauss and Company (Asia Pacific) for their successful global SAP roll out.
His previous work experience include management consulting roles in PwC Consulting’s SAP practice, consulting roles with InfoComm Development Authority (IDA) service-wide programme and Learning and Organization Development (L&OD) roles in SingTel. He has extensive consulting experience and deep knowledge on training, technical communication, curriculum developer, and even stand-up training. • Manage and monitor organization change management deployment, focusing on the Organization Change Communication, Organization Alignment and Design workstreams.
• Responsible for engaging client’s Organization Change Team to work out methodology, tools and planning for deployment of system across consumer and enterprise entities of the client’s business.
• Currently, working on a cross-business multi-site of Customer Interaction system for Telco implementation involving at least 8,000 users (Singapore, Malaysia and affiliate in Australia).

Global Business Change
• Focused on the BCM aspects for the Global Template (GT) project and subsequent roll out at the sites – including plants and sales and distribution centre.
• Responsible for four core BCM activity streams – including (i) Training, (ii) Communications and Stakeholder engagement, (iii) Change impact analysis at the sites, and (iv) Role mapping from SAP roll out.
• Worked with vendors and contractor to understand key issues concerning process, system and data so that communication can be drafted and rolled out to key stakeholders

Levi Strauss, Asia Pacific Division (APD) November 2006 to October 2010 - Org. Change Manager & Org Dvp, Global IT Was approached to handle Global Business Change role.
Organizational Change Management (OCM)
• Identified key business change impacts with the subject matter experts and core team, and assesses the level of impact on the business organization, job positions, workload and resources.
• Identified roles that will be performed by each affected system change
• Conducted organizational readiness survey to identify process breakpoints and gaps; facilitated operational system issues that surfaced before and after go-live
• Provided support to projects in all ASAP methodology phases in terms of consulting and advice to the project and business teams
• Worked with third party and internal IT teams to ensure infrastructure, management and control structures to support the various task-level activities across the business.

Infocomm Development Authori ty of Singapore (IDA) Dec 2002 to Feb 2005 (2-year Contract role) ; Senior Consultant – IT Education Contract role Programme Management
• Responsible for the deployment of Infocomm Education Programme (IEP) targetted at all public service officers. (IEP is a programme to increase IT knowledge and skills for government employees).
• Brainstormed, drafted e-Learning storyboard for Learning Management strategy and e-Government in Singapore Public Sector; roll out elearning to various agency and track level of usage and understanding
• Oversaw the initial quotation, conceptualization and final roll-out of all IEP e-learning packages.
• Managed the execution of the e-Government Action Plan to develop and deploy actionable initiatives for a service-wide infocomm strategy. Accountable for the funding and budgetary aspects of the programme and ensured that the programme meets the service levels demanded by stakeholders (Ministry of Finance) and external customers (all ministries and statutory boards)
