Mithaan Yadaan - Kavitaan tae Kahinaan (Punjabi)Sweet Memories - Poetry and StoriesBy Sartaj Singh Taj - Indian Engineering Services (IES) Retired.A book which focuses on sweet memories written in a poetic narrative, with stories written by the Author Sartaj Singh Taj in Punjabi.Synopsis:About me and my sweet memoriesThe period of 1960 to 1970 remain an important sweet period of my life.The date of my birth was 1st December 1945 in Rawalpindi which is now in Pakistan.I studied in Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa Higher Secondary which resides in Dev Nagar, New Delhi (India).Which remains a big part of these sweet memories.After which I did Mechanical Engineering which lead me on to service in the Telephone Exchange of Delhi (India).Upon the successful joining of the Indian Engineering Service (IES) in 1970 my first posting was in Nagpur.Time to time places changed (I moved with the time).In 2005 I retired from the Airport Authority of India, Delhi.During the period of my services there were many ups and downs, of which one has to go with.Throughout this effort and with the help of my wife Kaval Taj, has helped to refresh me of those sweet memories.Those friends of that time who were attached to me in some shape of form are still with me.For me to meet those beloved friends of that time again would be a golden opportunity.Sartaj Singh Taj145, Sector 5, Part -3 Gurgaon-122001Phone - 0124-2251301, 09811429004TRANSCRIPT
