MDC MiPCT Dashboards and Reports provide information to participating POs to support the achievement of MiPCT project goals; the information includes patient-level and aggregate quality indicators, utilization rates, and cost information.

Requesting an Account & Logging In

• Request an MDC account

• Log in to your MiPCT dashboard

• Accounts have 1 ID and 2 passwords

• IDs and passwords arriving 10/26

Requires:• SSL certification acceptance• I.E. 8.0• Adobe Flash Update• Java Update• Level 1 Password

• The dashboards are separated into two categories: • project (MiPCT)• PO (specific to your PO)

The dashboards contain the following dashboard types:• MiPCT

dashboards with data for the entire MiPCT population

• PO-specific dashboards with data for your PO

Dashboard Display Criteria:• Select criteria from drop-down menus to subset your

data• Data in tables and graphs automatically update• Use the Reset button to “Clear All” criteria• Timeframes for the data are listed in the text

• You can click the links to download the following zip files:• All Payer Patient List (formerly called “MultiPayer

Attribution”) – a monthly list of attributed patients• Reports (contains a monthly set of standard reports)

• The reports are preformatted in Excel, which you can distribute or import into your own system
