• The first point that was discussed in this meeting was where we would like to present the exhibition. We had to look at the Creative media arts faculty timetable to see which rooms were available to use on certain days.

• We were discussing if we would like to take any after school rehearsal.

• We were talking about if we would like to have our presentation during or after school.

Action agreed

• The room that we are having our exhibition is in A118 and that is located in the music department

• On Tuesday 20th of March, we are going to have a run through of the presentation.

• On Friday 26rd of March, after school we are going to set up the room

• On Tuesday 27th of March period 2 and 3 we are going to have a full run through of our presentation

• On Tuesday 27th of March is our afterschool Presentation
