DIVERTERS SYSTEM INSPECTION DURING MANUFACTURING AND ASSEMPLY SCOPE

- Quality Control Plan (QCP);

Inspection and Test plan (ITp).

Inspection scope

The diverter system is to comply with the requirements of Apl Rp 64, Apl Rp 53, AplSpec 16D and the requirements below.

- Non-Destructive Testing (NDT):meet the ( ITP) PLAN (WHILE MANUFATURJPROCCEING): NDT shall be performed in accordance with the requirements specified in the

latest revision/version of original design specification and the agreed NDT plan, as well as

codes and standards specified for the inspection. A NDT report shall be traceable to the

component and clcarly refer to the actual location and position on the component.

- VISAUL AND DIMENTIONAL TEST: Visual inspection shall be carried out on all

componcnts for examination of visible defects in material and workmanship. Visual inspection

shall be documented, with reference to latest revision/vcrsion of original design specification

and the latest revision of selected and recognized codes and standards. Critical dimensions

shall be defined, confirmed, and documented. The acceptance criteria shall be within latest

revision/version of original drawings/machining tolerances or allowed wear limits.

- Hardness tes.ting, for critical components, shall be perlbrrned and the values shall mcet the

latest revision/verdion of original design specilication and or specified project requirements

Hydrostatic test requirements testing, and corrosion protcctiin have been met for the intended

selice. All records pertaining to the design, manufacturd,.and testing shall be duly filed and

retained by the manufacturerStructural Shape and Plate Specifications.Unless otherwise

specified by the designcr, structural shapbs and platess hould conform to one of the' specifications listed in,ASTM standard

- Moulded sealing assembly that are intended to be reused shall be inspected to be in accordance

with the latcst revision/version of original maintenance procedure.

- Bcfore welding, an approved WPQIUWPS shall be presented by Contractor ancl the

WPQR/WPS shall be in accordance with the specified standards or codes and approved by' Owner and Third Party.

Material certificates shall be available for review.

Heat treatment shall follow an approved WPS, and specificd standard or code. Temperature

recording,instrument shall be used during the heat treatrnent procoss.

Performance test : Testing of the intended functioning of a component- Low pressure -as wtel as

rated working pressure is required. Operators to be tested as well as the main function itself.

Corrosion-Resistant and Wear-Resistant TEST

Materials received into the manufacturing facility shall be inspected by quality controlpersonnel to ensure conformance to appropriate receiving documents and specifications.
