I write this Criminal Complaint Affidavit with respect to the above noted, repeated judicial
impersonation crimes, inflicted on me, criminally, viciously, and maliciously. Specifically,
this affidavit is a public cry for enforcement of criminal penalties and the dismantling of
eugenic conspiracy to murder crimes, as detailed below.

I seek enforcement of the attached laws summarized in exhibit ____ to penalize criminals
who have created, used, published and or collected on, falsified, illusion of legality,
unauthorized and invalid documents, disguised as Court Orders. These criminal false
instruments have been filed in public records, have defamed my name, stolen money not
due, seized property, income blacklisted, income lynched, harmed, injured, and facilitated
and facilitates eugenic conspiracy to murder crimes as discussed below.
Each of the false instruments attached to this complaint as exhibits, specifically the
multiple judicial impersonation Court Orders, serve no other purpose but to facilitate the
covert murder of innocent and healthy people, like me, by the use of these judicial
imposture Orders to income blacklist, defame, steal money from and due, and induce into
poverty for easy eugenic programming. This is a public cry to stop this repeated, well
documented, judicial impersonation, induced poverty and induced sickness eugenic
conspiracy to murder program.
Each of the attached illusion of legality disguised Court Orders obstruct the New York
State Constitution Section 12, CPLR 2219, exemplify a violation of CPLR sections 3212,
3215, and 4518 business records. Additionally, these toilet tissue, illusion of legality
Court orders, obstruct all aspects of due process, the evidence protections in: federal
rules of civil procedure 56c and federal rules of evidence rule 106, 601, 602, 603,
803b5, and the authentication rules in Fed.R.Evid. 901(a).
Delusions of legality Court Orders, are CRIMINAL WEAPONS being criminally used as
authority to defame, steal money, suspend licenses, pit police against innocent people, and
facilitate eugenic killings. These criminal documents have no judge’s signature, no
supporting affidavit anywhere, no court, no seal, no authentication, yet these invalid
judicial imposture documents are being used to defame, income blacklist, induce poverty,
criminally seize property and ultimately facilitate the eugenic murder of innocent people.

In this matter, FindLaw.com published a judicial imposture document as a Court order.
Please see the below link. This publishing viciously and maliciously defamed my name for
over 10 years, I just found out about it. This published judicial imposture concoction is
malicious, untrue, defaming, has no valid court order, no affidavit, no notice, no
authentication anywhere, anytime, yet it was and is criminally published for years to
defame my name Miriam Snyder and my profession. This criminally insane publishing is

Please see exhibits --------. I have been stalked and assaulted by these type of
judicial imposture crimes and income blacklisting’s by two Eugenicists and Killers, named
Jonathan Lippman and Boyden Gray. They are trying to covertly have me killed by
destroying all and any means of me earning income. Induced poverty makes their eugenic
killings easier. They are Satanists. I am a child of the Most High God. Their multiple
attempts to kill me have not and will not work. They are compromised. I am not. I did not
sell my soul for money. Above all, no one deserves the disregard of the details to their
judicial imposture induced poverty eugenic killing programs.
Their eugenic murder schemes have patterns. The most obvious is their continual use and
enjoinment of third parties in their ongoing, unregulated and relentless conspiracy to
eugenically murder crimes. Again, please see the exhibits. Their continued and unregulated
eugenic criminal plots to kill and induce sickness on me are non-stop, and consistently
includes the enjoining of third parties for defamation, character assassinations,
terrorization, income blacklisting, legal abuse and induced distress. All of their tactics are
criminal, based on lies, the obstruction of the rule of law, the obstruction of the
judiciary, and deception.
The noted Findlaw.com defamation publishing using my name under the disguise of a
criminal, unauthorized, judicial concoction and, illusion of legality, exemplifies 18 U.S.C.
1030: (a)(4): Falsification of computer records. This publishing must be dismantled.
To this end, if Thompson Reuter and Findlaw.com cannot produce an authentic, judicially
signed and sealed, Court Order with the school affidavit and proof of service of Notice of
such to me, in good faith, I am demanding the immediate removal of this defamation and
income blacklisting publishing off of the internet.
The Findlaw.com publishing is malicious and unfounded anywhere. I have never been
terminated for insubordination that changed to misconduct, as noted in Findlaw.com’s
publishing. This truthless, negligent, and no due diligence, publishing has definitely held me
up to scorn, hatred, ridicule, disgrace, and contempt in the minds of the readers.
Above all, I have lost over 10 years of work at a minimum, of over $80,000 a year with
summers off as an educator. This agency was used to effectively and negligently defame
my name, character assassinate, and income blackest. This should not have happened and
could have been prevented by authenticating documents before publishing.

The ramifications of this defamation, particularly, under the disguise of a Court Order,
serves no other purpose but to facilitate the income blacklisting and induced poverty
component of this well documented and unregulated eugenic killing program I have reported
for years.
Two parents and quite a few students told me about this defamation publishing. They told
me about this because I recently started an online school at

who do not know my work were deterred because of this malicious and false, character
assassination under the disguise and illusion of a judicial Court Order.
To demonstrate the magnitude of criminal insanity, hate and envy embedded in the judicial
imposture defamation Court order publishing, I have attached as exhibit _____, the
exemplary ratings and legal evaluations I earned for my work and volunteer services at
Yonkers Public Schools. This is the place of employment the defamation publishing
discusses.
Furthermore, so all will see the magnitude of envy and hatred involved in the Findlaw.com

In addition to writing this complaint as a demand for the removal of the above noted
illusion of legality judicial imposture defamation, I write this to urge Findlaw.com to create
an authentication department. Satanists fester off of deceptions and cannot survive where
righteousness thrives. An authentication division is needed, particularly over alleged Court
Orders. Authentication prevents this type of defamation, libel, malice, and criminal
insanity stalking. Authenticating alleged judicial Orders invokes righteousness and serves as
a wall of protection against judicial defamation concoctions, demon entities and foreign
enemies seeking to overthrow Constitution governance structures put in place to protect,
we the people, from enemies, demons on earth, criminals.

No alleged court order should be published on Findlaw.com, unless it is supported by the
Constitutionally required signed and authenticated Court Order, affidavit, and proof of
service of Notice, as dictated in the Constitution. In NYS this dictate is located in the
NYS Constitution, Section 12, which states that:
§12. The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects,
against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall
issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly
describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
The right of the people to be secure against unreasonable interception of telephone and
telegraph communications shall not be violated, and ex parte orders or warrants shall issue
only upon oath or affirmation that there is reasonable ground
Enforcing constitutional dictates in Findlaw.com’s publishing practices will prevent
defamation, negligence, and libel law suits for failing to ascertain whether the statement
was true or false before publishing it to the world on the internet.
Again, if the above authentication and Constitutional protection documents DEMANDED
cannot be sent to me for the world to see, please remove the FindLaw.com defamation
IMMEDIATELY, AS EVERY DAY THIS DEFAMATION IS PUBLISHED IT IS CAUSING
ME HARM FINANCIALLY AND EMOTIONALLY.
The relentless income stalking, income blacklisting, judicial imposture Court Orders, that
defame, steal and slander is for no other reason but for induced poverty. The induced
poverty is needed to make it easier for them to program their eugenic killings. The judicial
imposture court orders, defamation campaigns, income blacklisting and continual legal
abuse, is done to masses of healthy people for no other purpose, but for eugenic killings
and infestations. This is a satanic cult seeking world power by disabling healthy people
and killing those deemed competent. But God! As Satanists, they are confined by spiritual
rules. Consequently, I urge all to invoke the Most High God’s power over your life so
these eugenic demons cannot touch or deceive you.
In addition to their eugenically conspired defamation campaigns, these eugenicists have
income stalked me. Wherever I earn income, they usurp criminal control over the law
department to target and exterminate me, despite exemplary evalations as noted in the

murders and crimes have escalated with no help from NYS public protection offices. If it
was not for God’s grace and mercy, I would be dead behind these eugenicists multiple

The Human Betterment League was created in 1947 on the initiative of hosiery king James
G. Hanes. He was joined by members of the Winston-Salem elite, such as Clarence
Gamble of Procter & Gamble, Alice Shelton Gray, Dr. C. Nash Herndon, a leader
in the medical-genetics department at the Bowman Gray School of
Medicine and Dr. A.M. Jordan, a professor of psychology at the University of North
Carolina at Chapel Hill. The Human Betterment League has been criticized historically for

They have a history of effectively and eugenically removing the top person in charge of
large government funded agencies. The vacancy is needed for them to get in and get some

Income lynching, theft of money, escalated insurance pricing, are all components of their

As commissioner she has a duty not to be negligent. Please note the eugenicist have used

For the record, I state that if any car accident happens in my life, particularly, with this

A recent change in New York State Penal Law now allows for the sale and use of a specific
category of consumer fireworks known as Sparkling Devices.
Sparkling Devices are ground based or handheld devices that produce a shower of colored
sparks and or a colored flame, audible crackling or whistling noise and smoke. The law
limits the type, size and construction of Sparkling Devices and requires that these devices
must be hand held or mounted on a base or spike and be limited in sizes that range from 1
to 500 grams of pyrotechnic composition.

New York City, appellant pro se. Eliot Spitzer, Attorney General, New York City (Gary
Leibowitz of counsel), for respondent.
Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed January 4,
2005, which, inter alia, ruled that claimant was disqualified from receiving
unemployment insurance benefits because her employment was terminated due to
misconduct.
In December 2002, claimant's employment as a teacher in the Yonkers City School
District was terminated for insubordination. Claimant filed a claim for
unemployment insurance benefits in April 2003 and, due to the fact that erroneous
employer information had been inadvertently recorded, she was paid benefits. In
December 2003, claimant secured employment with another employer and worked
there until April 2004, at which time she filed another claim for benefits.
Thereafter, the Department of Labor issued initial determinations that claimant was
disqualified from receiving unemployment insurance benefits because her
employment with the District had been terminated due to misconduct and that

claimant was ineligible to receive benefits because she was unable to file a valid
original claim pursuant to Labor Law § 527. After a hearing, an Administrative Law
Judge overruled the initial determinations. The employer appealed and the
Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board reversed. Claimant now appeals.
We affirm. First, there is substantial evidence to support the Board's
determination that claimant's employment with the District was terminated due to
misconduct. The record establishes that, in December 2002, after claimant refused
several requests to attend meetings with school officials to discuss her performance,
the officials and two union representatives confronted claimant in her classroom.
Claimant began to tape record the meeting and, although she was twice told to stop,
claimant refused to do so. Inasmuch as the requests to attend the meetings and the
request to stop recording the meeting in her classroom were reasonable, claimant's
failure to comply constitutes disqualifying misconduct (see Matter of Schreiber
[Commissioner of Labor], 27 A.D.3d 871, 810 N.Y.S.2d 554 [2006]; Matter of Glinski
[Radio Shack Corp.-Commissioner of Labor], 21 A.D.3d 1201, 1202, 801 N.Y.S.2d 94
[2005] ).
Further, the Board's determination that claimant was unable to file a valid original
claim is also supported by substantial evidence (see Matter of Mazurkiewicz
[Commissioner of Labor], 13 A.D.3d 770, 771, 786 N.Y.S.2d 245 [2004] ). The record
establishes that claimant did not have sufficient earnings in her base period or an
alternative base period to meet the remuneration requirements of Labor Law § 527.
The wages paid by the District in her base period were excluded due to her
termination for misconduct and, in her alternate base period, with her earnings from
the District excluded, claimant did not have earnings in at least two quarters and did
not earn more than $1,600 (see Labor Law §§ 520, 527, 593; Matter of Rodriguez
[New York City Dept. of Educ.-Commissioner of Labor], 24 A.D.3d 934, 805 N.Y.S.2d
683 [2005]; Matter of Badrajan [Commissioner of Labor], 275 A.D.2d 830, 713
N.Y.S.2d 99 [2000] ).
ORDERED that the decision is affirmed, without costs.

In summary, in the matter of 5089955323, the judge introduced a technician’s report. I objected to
the judge acting as witness, adversary, lawyer and judge. The report was alleged to be certified and
it was not notarized. It was affirmed by a non-lawyer. I attached previous decisions where defective
technician’s reports were dismissed based on the same issue lack of notarization. Yet my appeal was

In the second case, the ticket was defective. The ticket was given to me for an expired inspection on
November 2015, yet the ticket said the expiration date was 11/30/16. The defect was disregarded
and the decision to fine me was held. These are the components to this eugenic conspiracy to
murder. They are trying to induce so much fraud in my life that I cannot function. These eugenicists
