2020 Awards Presentation

The Awards Presentation was held on December 3, 2020. Due to Covid-19 we were not allowed to have a pot luck like normal so a short awards presentation was held with just the players. Covid has created numerous challenges to this season, I am very proud of the players for their perseverance and positive attitude as we navigate these challenging times. Many changes have had to be made this season to keep things as normal as possible.

10. Concentration 1 .Focus on 1 ball contact at a time, break down each play to be a simple 1 step process 2. Have positive self-talk in your mind 3. Knows the scores and what situations apply as to what you should do as a player in that situation 4. During dead times in the match, look at the other side of the net a. what do the opponents eyes tell you b. how do they look physically c. what image are they showing you d. how can you use that to your benefit e. how can you change what you see
