Partnership OverviewMission: Milwaukee Health Care Partnership is a Public/Private Partnership dedicated to improving health care for Underserved Populations in Milwaukee Co
Founded: January, 2007
Membership: 5 Milwaukee based health systems, 4 FQHCs, Medical College, State, County and City health agencies
Affiliates: WHA, WPHCA, Medical Society, Free and Community Clinic Network
Goals: Improve Health, Health Outcomes and Reduce the Total Cost of Care Delivery
Priorities:Secure Coverage for All - Badger Care (Medicaid) and Enroll those who are categorically eligibleIncrease Access
Primary Care: Build the capacity and capability of the Milwaukee FQHCsSpecialty Access: Improve access for Medicaid and uninsuredMedication Access: Leverage free and discounted medication assistance programsBehavioral Health Access: Improve the Milwaukee County BHD; commission study
