Greetings Family,

The Host Committee would like to wish everyone a healthy and prosperous new year. We are excited here in the Tampa Bay area to be given the opportunity to host this year's Miller/Payton Family Reunion. We are committed to making this event the most enjoyable, fun, family friendly, and exciting reunion to date! Sorry for the delay in the reunion packet and payment update information.

The colors for this year's reunion will be black, purple, and white. The host hotel will be held at USF-Embassy Suites Tampa, FL, 33612. Contact phone number for reservations (813) 903-6633. The rooms are reserved under Miller/Payton Reunion at the rate of 149.00 plus taxes and fees. Reunion rates will be upheld until June 11, 2019, any reservations made after the expiration date will be 169.00 plus taxes and fees. Rates include free overnight parking, breakfast daily 6-10 am, daily happy hour 5-7 at the bar, and also shuttle bus free of charge within a 3 mile radius.

Payment plans will be available for family members only. The deadline for registration is July 1, 2019. Payment of registration fees will not be accepted at the family reunion. T-shirts are included in the registration fees. The 2019 rates are as follows:

140.00 - Adults 23-64 yrs

125.00 - Seniors 65 yrs and over

125.00 - 12-22 yrs

80.00 - 4-11 yrs

0.00 - 3 yrs and under

Fri. July 12, 2019 - 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm Family Picnic at Lowry Park Zoo, Park Access only (Zoo access is an additional charge)

Sat. July 13, 2019 -11:00 am-12:30 pm Business meeting at Embassy Suites 7:00 pm-12:00 am Family Reunion Banquet at Embassy Suites

Sun. July 14, 2019 -10:30 am-12:00 pm Church services at Embassy Suites 1:00 pm Check-Out
